Loginom privacy policy

This document “Loginom Privacy Policy (Policy for the storage, processing and use of personal data)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal information about users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”), which OOO (Limited Liability Company) ANALITICHESKIE TEHNOLOGII  Ryazan, Russia (trademark Loginom), (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), may receive during use by them any of the Services of the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Loginom Services”).

1. General policy

1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement"), posted and/or available on the Internet at:, as well as other agreements concluded by the Company and the User, when this is expressly provided for their conditions.

1.2. By using the Loginom Services, the User agrees:

  • Acquainted with the  Policy terms in full before using Loginom Services.
  • The start of using Loginom Services in any manner whatsoever  means that the User accepts all the conditions of this Policy in full without any exceptions and restrictions on the part of the User.
  • If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, he should immediately stop any use of the Loginom Services.
  • The policy (including any of its parts) may be changed by the Company without any special notice and without payment of any compensation in connection with this. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website of the Company, at, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

1.3. By accepting the terms of the Policy, the User expresses his consent to the processing by the Company of the User’s data  for the purposes provided for in the Policy, as well as to the transfer of User’s data to third parties in the cases listed in the Policy. The use of the Loginom Services by the User confirms his agreement that the Company may collect and process data from cookies for the purposes provided for in the Policy, as well as to transfer data from cookies to third parties in the cases listed in the Policy. In case of disagreement with the use of this type of files, the user must set the settings for his browser accordingly or not use Loginom Services. Hereinafter, the term "cookies" is understood in the following meaning:

1.4. As a general rule, the Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by Users.

2. Personal Information

2.1. Personal information refers to:

Personal information posted by users about themselves independently during registration, incl. personal information about the User, access to which the User provides the Company through the websites or services of third parties, or personal information posted by the Users about themselves in the process of using Loginom Services. Personal information obtained in this way may include, in particular, the name, surname, date of birth, image, phone number, addresses of social network accounts and/or the email address of the User. The information required for the provision of Loginom Services or their individual functionality is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.

2.1.2. Data automatically transmitted to Loginom Services in the course of their use using the software installed on the User’s device. Including IP address, device’s individual network number (MAC address, device ID), electronic serial number (IMEI, MEID), Android advertising identifier (Google AID), data from cookies, information about the browser, operating system, access time, search queries , information about the location and movement of the User’s device.

2.1.3. The User understands and accepts the possibility of posting third-party software on the pages of the Site, as a result of which such persons may receive anonymized data specified in clause 2.1.2.

These third party software may include, but are not limited to:

  • systems for collecting statistics on visits (for example, Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics counters, etc.);
  • social plugins (blocks) of social networks (for example, Facebook, etc.);
  • other systems for collecting anonymized information.

The User is entitled to independently restrict the collection of such information by third parties, using the standard privacy settings of the Internet browser used by him to work with the Site.

2.1.4. Additionally provided by Users data at the request of the Company in order to fulfill the Company's obligations to Users regarding the use of Loginom Services.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

3.1. The Company collects and processes only that information about Users, including their personal data, which is necessary to fulfill the Company's obligations to provide Loginom Services.

3.2. The Company may use Users personal information for the following purposes:

3.2.1. Identification of the party in the framework of agreements between the User and the Company.

3.2.2. Providing Users with services using Loginom Services and further improving Loginom Services, developing new services.

3.2.3. Responses to User requests to the support service, informing Users about the capabilities of Loginom Services, sending requests regarding the use of Loginom Services.

3.2.4. Perform marketing tasks, conduct statistical and other studies based on anonymized data.

3.2.5. The implementation of relations on the provision by the Company of data from cookies to third parties for the implementation by third parties of activities to show users targeted advertising and information materials on the Internet and / or for the purpose of providing third parties with other services to Users in the manner prescribed by law.

3.3. If necessary, use personal information about the User for purposes not provided for in this Policy, the Company requests the consent of the User to such actions.

4. Processing Personal Information about Users

4.1. Personal information about Users is stored in accordance with applicable law.

4.2. Personal information about Users is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the following cases:

4.2.3. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Company and/or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of the agreements on the use of certain Loginom Services.

4.2.4. If the Company takes part in the merger, acquisition or any other form of sale of part or all of its assets. At the same time, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy are transferred to the acquirer of the Company's assets.

5. User Rights

5.1. Users are entitled to:

5.1.2. Delete information about yourself provided in the Personal Account on the Company Website. At the same time, deleting a profile may result in the inability to use some Loginom Services.

5.1.3. Upon request, receive information from the Company regarding the processing of their personal data.

6. Protection of information about Users

6.1. The Company takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal information about Users from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, distribution of personal information, as well as from other illegal actions with it. These measures include, in particular, internal verification of data collection, storage and processing processes and security measures, including appropriate encryption and measures to ensure the physical security of data to prevent unauthorized access to systems in which personal information is stored.

6.2. When processing personal data of Users, the Company is guided by the Law  of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Issues not regulated by this Policy are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
